Cameroonian left back Nouhou Tolo have won the 2019 MLS with Seattle Sounders club.
The Seattle Sounders beat Toronto in the finals to be crowned 2019 Major League Soccer champions. Nouhou began his career in 2015 with Rainbow Bamenda, where he played for one season. Then signed with Seattle Sounders in April 2016.
In February 2017, Nouhou was called up to represent the Cameroon U20 in the 2017 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Zambia. Then as made his cap with the Indomitable Lions a 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualification 2-2 tie with Zambia on November 11, 2017.
