The head coach of Cameroon’s intermediate national team Yves Clement Arroga has named a 25-man team for a two-week training that will hold from November 11-24.
After four round of matches in the Elite One, Yves Clement Arroga has seen enough to name his first squad since installed as the new man in charge of the team.
Amongst the 25 players called up are three from Bamboutos of Mbouda who have been rewarded for their early-season form notably, midfielders Mark Ojong, Rene Ndi and forward Pange Lobe.
Another player rewarded for his early season form in Union of Douala forward Samuel Nlend who has scored five goals in four appearances as the Nassaras Gamakai look to challenge for the title this season.
On the other hand, veteran goalkeeper Alladoum Kolimba of Racing of Bafoussam has equally been named in the squad while Mbang Patrick of Ange Rapid of Edea is the only non-elite player to make the cut.
The team goes into camp on November 11 at the CAF Excellence Centre in Mbankomo as Yves Clement Arroga needs to build a team capable of winning the African Nations Championship when Cameroon hosts next year.
